How the guide supports homeowners
What we do
We publish homeowner-friendly drainage guides, provide a planning-cost estimator, explain local permit considerations, and allow users to request contact from independent providers.
What we do not do
We are not the contractor performing the work, and the site does not provide engineering, legal, inspection, or property-specific code advice.
How the referral service works
When a homeowner submits a request and gives consent, we may connect that person with one or more independent providers. The homeowner has no obligation to hire a provider.
