Privacy Choices

You can use this page to ask a privacy question, request access to or correction or deletion of information associated with you, opt out of optional marketing emails, or report a concern about how a project request was shared or used.

How to submit a request

Email info@stldrainageguide.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us the email address or phone number used on the request and what you would like us to review. Do not email Social Security numbers, payment-card information, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

What happens next

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and locate the applicable records. We will evaluate and respond as required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, consent records, dispute resolution, legal claims, accounting, or other legal obligations.

Communication choices

Optional marketing email is separate from communications needed to administer a project request. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by emailing us. If you ask us not to send marketing, we may retain limited contact and opt-out information so we can honor that choice.

Independent providers

If an independent provider already received your request, that provider may maintain its own records under its own privacy practices. You may need to contact the provider directly, although you may also report a referral or data-use concern to us.
