Privacy Notice

Last updated: September 17, 2026

This Notice explains how Nfinier, LLC, operator of STL Drainage Guide, may collect, use, disclose, and retain information through the site.

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, service location, project description, communications, and form responses. OpenAI, Cloudflare, and other infrastructure providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request date and time, and interaction or security information.

2. How we use information

We may use information to operate and secure the site; process and categorize service requests; route a request to an affiliated STL Guide Network sister site when another category is a better match; communicate about requests; connect users with providers; follow up to learn whether a provider responded, whether an appointment or estimate occurred, whether a provider was hired, whether work was performed or completed, and the user’s feedback or project outcome; evaluate referral and provider performance; measure site performance; prevent misuse; maintain records; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing with independent providers

When you submit a service request and give the required consent, we may share the information among Nfinier, LLC and affiliated STL Guide Network sites and with one or more independent drainage or home-service providers so they may contact you directly about that request. Those providers are independent third parties and may process information under their own privacy practices.

4. Hosting, forms, and other service providers

This site is published and managed through OpenAI Sites, with Cloudflare supporting site delivery and security. Nfinier, LLC determines why and how End User Data is collected through the site, while OpenAI processes data as needed to provide, secure, and operate the Sites service under the terms and data-processing provisions applicable to the account. The lead form submits information to Zoho for form processing and email delivery. We may also disclose information to vendors supporting communications, customer relationship management, and lead routing; to professional advisers; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, or security; or in connection with a financing, merger, sale, or reorganization.

5. Cookies, analytics, and form technology

Our hosting, security, analytics, and form providers may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and protect the site, process requests, and measure site use. Cloudflare may use security or bot-management technology, and Zoho processes form submissions and may use security or session technology when a request is sent. We use Google Analytics to measure visits, viewed pages, approximate location, device and referral information, link and button interactions, calculator use, form starts, and completed lead requests. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and process technical information such as IP address, browser information, and interaction data. We use these measurements to understand site performance and improve our content and lead-request process. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, project descriptions, or other form-field contents to Google Analytics through our configured events.

We do not currently use Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, behavioral advertising pixels, or session-replay technology. A social network, search engine, or in-app browser may separately record that a user clicked a link within its own service under its own privacy practices. If a user submits the form, we may retain ordinary UTM campaign fields, but the form does not copy platform click identifiers such as fbclid or gclid into the lead record.

6. Email, calls, and texts

Nfinier, LLC may contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provide to administer and follow up on a submitted service request. Follow-up may include asking whether a referred provider contacted you, whether an appointment, site visit, or estimate occurred, whether you hired a provider, whether work was performed or completed, and for feedback about the referral, provider, or project outcome. As stated beside the form checkbox, project-related calls or texts may use automated technology where permitted by law. Optional marketing email consent is separate and may be withdrawn using the unsubscribe method provided. Project-request consent is not blanket consent to unrelated recurring marketing.

7. Children

The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit service requests from children under 13, and users must be at least 18 to submit a request. If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances requiring deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. Retention, security, and disposal

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for request administration, referral feedback and outcome records, consent and opt-out records, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement, accounting, and legal or regulatory compliance. Retention periods may vary based on the record type, request status, and applicable legal requirements. We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for a legal claim, investigation, security matter, or legal hold.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, it may be deleted or de-identified, subject to routine backup and archival processes. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to people and service providers that need the information for an authorized purpose. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may decline to submit a request, leave the optional marketing box unchecked, and use the unsubscribe mechanism in marketing emails. We may retain limited information, such as your email address and opt-out status, to honor that choice. You may contact us with questions or requests concerning your personal information at info@stldrainageguide.com. We will evaluate and respond to requests as required by applicable law and may verify a request before acting. We may retain information as permitted or required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

10. Sale and sharing

Nfinier, LLC may receive compensation from participating providers for introductions, referrals, advertising, or resulting opportunities that involve the request-specific sharing described in this Notice. We do not sell standalone lists of consumer personal information or currently use personal information for unrelated targeted advertising. Depending on applicable law, you may have privacy rights concerning certain disclosures; see our Privacy Choices page. An independent provider may process information under its own privacy practices.

11. Changes and contact

We may update this Notice by posting a revised version and date. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to info@stldrainageguide.com.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the optional analytics banner. It stays off unless you opt in, and your project request works either way. You can change that choice on the Privacy Choices page. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for site measurement; see the details above. We do not currently use advertising pixels. Hosting, security, and form services may use strictly necessary technologies to operate and protect the site or deliver a request.
