These Terms and the Privacy Notice govern your use of STL Drainage Guide, an educational and referral service operated by Nfinier, LLC. By checking the required agreement box and submitting a request, you confirm that you have read and agree to both documents.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to submit a service request. The site is not directed to children.

Educational and referral service

STL Drainage Guide provides general information and may connect consumers with independent third-party drainage or home-service providers. Nfinier, LLC is not acting as a contractor, engineer, architect, home inspector, waterproofing contractor, or other licensed construction professional through this site.

Independent providers

Providers are independent third parties, not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Nfinier, LLC. Any estimate, contract, warranty, payment, scheduling arrangement, or performance obligation is solely between you and the provider.

Service requests and consent

When you submit a request and agree to these Terms, you authorize Nfinier, LLC and affiliated STL Guide Network sites to review it, route it to a sister site when another category is a better match, contact you about it, and share relevant information with one or more independent providers so they may contact you directly. We may also follow up about whether a provider responded, an estimate or hiring occurred, work was completed, and your feedback. A response or match is not guaranteed, and you are not obligated to hire anyone.

Compensation

Submitting a request is free for homeowners. Nfinier, LLC may receive compensation from participating providers for introductions, advertising, or resulting opportunities. Compensation does not guarantee placement, endorsement, or project results.

Cost estimator and site content

Calculator outputs, price ranges, articles, images, and other content are for general planning and educational purposes only. They are not a property diagnosis, engineering advice, bid, warranty, guarantee, or binding quote. Actual site conditions and provider pricing may differ materially.

Provider evaluation

Nfinier, LLC does not guarantee a provider’s identity, licensing, insurance, qualifications, availability, pricing, workmanship, or compliance with law. You are responsible for evaluating providers and verifying applicable permits, approvals, insurance, and credentials before hiring or paying anyone.

Communications

Service-request communications may be used to respond to or facilitate your submitted request and for related quality and outcome follow-up. As stated beside the form checkbox, project-related calls or texts may use automated technology where permitted by law, and consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. That consent is not blanket permission for unrelated recurring marketing. Optional marketing email consent is separate and is not required to submit a request. Marketing emails will identify the sender, include a valid postal address and opt-out method, and honor opt-out requests as required by applicable law.

Acceptable use and sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, medical data, or other unnecessary sensitive information. You may not submit false, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or misleading requests; interfere with the site; scrape personal information; impersonate another person; or use the site to violate applicable law or another person’s rights.

Safety and emergencies

This site and form are not monitored for emergencies. For fire, gas, electrical, structural-collapse, flooding, downed-line, or immediate safety concerns, contact 911, the appropriate utility, or local emergency services.

Intellectual property

The site’s original text, design, branding, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Nfinier, LLC and may not be commercially exploited without permission except as allowed by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nfinier, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated here and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the site, reliance on its content, provider selection, or a provider’s acts or omissions. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. These Terms are governed by Missouri law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
